How can I save geometrical formes in Autocad Architecture 2011

Hello there! I am working on a project and I need to save  some geometrical formes that I created, so that i can always insert them in which ever file .

In the Spanish version of Architectural desktop 2002, it was called "Crear bloque,  insertar bloque" and it was located in the BasicModifyTools window.

I am not certain what the names are in the Spanish edition, but in ACA 2011 you will find the Create Block and Insert Block tools on the Insert tab (second from left), on the Block panel.
