Get the insertion point for a Member's profile

Hi

Im coding in C# and im trying to get all the segments in a Ring in a Member's custom profile. I get the lines and arc segments start and end points but they are relative to the insertion point. But i cant get hold of the insertion point, only the locationX and Y for the Member object and they are not the same.

How can i either get the insertion point or the distance between the insertion point and the location.
