File Summary

I want to insert a field from the "Documents" list of fields, see attached image "Documents Fields.jpg".  I want to insert the "Title" field, however the only place I can find "Title" in the file properties is under the tab "Summary" and I am not able to fill in any info into the space that is provided . . . I cannot input text into anything in this tab (not the author, comments, anything).  Can I change something to be allowed to input data into the "Summary" tab?  Is that the place where the "Title" field finds what it is looking for?

You seems to be referencing categories in DWGPROPS (the location you would fill the info in at, no where else): is that the issue?
