Fatal Error

I was working on a drawing and ACA crashed. Now I can't boot up ACA without getting the following error

 FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x2ef5f000 Exception at f9495f7eh. 

 

Tried running REPAIR in control panel and still no luck. Am I going to have to reinstall?... Very time consuming..

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and I still can't start up ACA. Could it be something in the registry?
