Drop down in Properties

Was there a post on having drop down selections from properties for things that are part of your property set?

Things like door finish and material, there are only so many options we use and a drop down for selection would be great rather than having the users type it in.

I thought this was covered in 2008, but I can't seem to find the info I was looking for....

You will want to create a List Definition and then set that as the source for a Manual property. If the Help topics on this are insufficient, you may find this blog article of interest:
