Do the 3D DWF Material Textures work for ANYONE using 2013

I love to know if ANYONE is able to publish a 3D DWF and have material textures (e.g. roof shingles, siding, etc...). I have been unable to get the textures to work on 3 different workstations and after spending a slew of time on it. Do the material textures work for ANYONE using 2013 or 2014?
