Detail Component Manager - New Compoents

Can I create a new component and add it to the database which Detail Component Manager uses. If so point me in the right direction to doing this.
Thanks
Jeff

Either Scott Olstott or Paul Aubin or both (I can remmber and don't books
with me), has an excellent section in their book(s), that covers it. I at
least remember it was for the ADT 2006, but principles still apply.

Hi Jeff,

There's a significant amount of help available on this topic that you might
find useful. Also, if you send me an email dennis.mcneal@autodesk.com I'd be
happy to send you a copy of my Details with Architectural Desktop that I did
for last year's Autodesk University. The course was based on ADT 2007 & I'll
be teaching a similar course this year based on AutoCAD Architecture 2008.

Cheers,
Dennis

See "Creating and Modifying Detail Component Databases" in the help.
