Detail Component Databases are Missing

The AEC content folders are missing. Actually, it's not missing but autocad is not able to locate them.

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ACA 2012\enu\AEC Content.

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ACA 2013\enu\AEC Content.

Is tehre any problem or bugs with the "AecDtlComponents.mdb" file type, has anybody had any idea?

I've been loading and reloading Autocad Architecture 2013 and we dont have walls or windows or a the pull down menu. I've been thinking its me. Did you ever get a fix? Help Autodesk I have a class and can't teach it!
