Design center odity help

When choosing any mechanical items from the desing center like ceiling fans, registers, etc. It goes thru all the motions but the items are not displayed. It created the layers but for example the ceiling fan does not show up. Any suggestions, it's driving me nuts, I had the same problem in 2006

You need to have the Reflected Ceiling design rep selected to see them
in plan (bottom right, down near the Annotation Scale icons). Switch to
an axo view and there they are. Drives me nuts, too.
