DC Online not working

My school has the Autodesk Design Suite 2010 which comes with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, Inventor, 3Ds MAX, and the MEPs, Mechanical, and Civil. I have installed the CAD Manager Tools to enable the DC online for AutoCad Architecture and i see the tab in the AutoCAD Architecture i click on the tab but it keeps telling me to recconect to the design center. Any help would be appriciated.

In the cad manager, be sure to choose the program you are modifying. I
ended up changing ACA 2008 rather than the version I wanted.

I had also noticed that it does that, after i realized i had changed AutoCAD2010 to enable the DC. I then went back and changed AutoCAD Architecture and still nothing. Theres also more to this problem though. My school utilizes a good firewall which shouldnt be blocking us.
