Customization name does not exist?

Okay - my client is having an issues when she opens AutoCAD Arch that the attached image shows up... 

 

I have never seen this before, but then I did not do a lot of customizations

 

Any ideas??

Unless they changed it, that's the primary CUIx file when they are using the ARCH profile. Looking at your other post, did they make the mistake of "migrating" from 2012 when they started 2014? Time to put 2014 back with a reset.

Yes - we did try migrating - It did not work. Obviously. Smiley Sad

 

So resetting will fix this?

I saw in the start menu>all programs> AutoCAD 2014(I don't have ACA installed)> reset setting to default.

This will fix this issue?

Yes: or a repair reinstall will do it too.
