Content Browser - works once then won't work again

I am working in an existing file that has several objects from Content Browser. I try to insert another object and it won't. Duplicate block ignored shows up in the Command Line. I have purged all blocks, restarted AutoCAD, repaired AutoCAD and nothing works. It will work once when restarting AutoCad, but then stops. Please help! Edited by: jlharward on May 28, 2010 4:19 PM
