Cannot Load Xrefs

When I attempt to load xref the dialogue for file attachment does not appear. Any suggestions, as this has only started happening the past day or so. The same applies to image files etc.

I've had occasional problems with dialogs appearing off screen due to user settings migration. Maybe your problem is related. Try using "alt-space" when you think your dialog should be open and you should pull up the classic Windows window movement menu, select move, and then use the arrow keys to adjust the dialogposition. If this is your problem, the dialog is off screen in the direction of the windows menu that pops up.

Tried your suggestion, however still have same problem. It only seems to be in ACA2012. Xrefs work fine in AuoCAD, Structure and MEP.
