Can't customize a window?

Hi, I insert a picture window. and I go to the properties to alter the window height and width. These windows I'm trying to create are a little weird. they are short and squatty. 3' wide x 2' tall, complete glass windows. once i enter those dimensions into the properties, it makes my window disappear. I need to create these windows but i don't think it will allow me to create a window that is wider then it is tall. Help?

Is the window disappearing from plan view?
Try an isometric view. Is it there?
It may be not intersecting the cutplane any more and therefore not
displaying.
Check that your cutplane is within the window height.

Post a WBlock of the window (& Wall).
