AutoCAD Architecture: Not trusted

Norton Security Scan is reporting the following warning:

Target name: \program files\autocad architecture 2010\unins3.exe

Trust Level: Not trusted

What's the meaning of this?

What shall I do?

I don't have that file in my directory. Does the creation date match the dates of the other files in that directory?
