AutoCAD Architecture 2015 and GIS shp / shx files

Using AutoCAD Architecture 2015, Is there any way to open or load files from a GIS site (shp, shx, etc. files types)?

Dean is correct. However, there might be other options for you. Check out the Autodesk Exchange App Store - I see something on there called MapRelate which was built for AutoCAD but might also work with AutoCAD Architecture. They have a 15-day free trial so you can try before you buy

There might be other plug-ins out there but you will have to search...
