Sorry but i know nothing about the program itself so please bear with me. I am IT Support for a user who is having an unusual problem that I honeslty have no idea how to look into.
I have recently installed Update 2 for the program and made no difference.
He uses the program to simply detail building layouts for Fire Safety (e.g. Lift shafts, door placements etc etc). Becuase of this, it is only printed in either A0 to A4. The prints do not require large amounts of detail, just to be clearly marked.
The printer used for A0 printing does not have this issue. It is a HP T770 (this is a network printer but only setup for access to this user).
However when printing using a HP Color LaserJet 5550 with PCL 5c driver (A network printer that anyone can access), there is a weird issue. If you ask it to print 1 copy, it does this without a problem. If you ask it to print 2 copies, it prints 4 and ask it to print 3 and it prints 9.
Anyone have any ideas what is likely to be the cause?
