Architecture 2009

I have Architecture 2009  installed on both my laptop and PC both with Windows Vista Home Premium operating systems. When I open the software on my PC I can see the drawing both in model and paper space but I have no drawing functions - no toolbars appear on the screen. When I type cui on the command line to see the customer user interface the response is that Autocad is unable to open the file    Autocad\ACD-A2009\enu\support\ACA.cui

I completed a successful repair but still have no drawing functions. I compared the Program Files and Data Files between the PC and laptop and no files are missing from the PC software both are1.29 GB in size.

I would appreciate any suggestions so that I can restore the functionality of Architecture 2009 on my PC.

Thank you in advance.

At the command line, type RIBBON and see if that helps.
