AppHang B1 error causing AutoCAd to shut down

i keep getting the white screen of death, when i get the program non responding dialog box the description is a

AppHang B1 error

im running windows 7 64bit and autocad architecture 2011 with a Quickpen DD3D overlay package.

anyone have a solution?

If you removed with Quickpen package, does the problem go away?

cant unload it, must use quickpen for ductwork detailing. i read on some other forums that this error occurs in

vista and windows 7 on varous programs. i was just wondering if someone has a patch for it? or a work around.
