Add level elevation to tag

I am looking to add and additional field to my view tag but can't find it.  I have two levels set first floor at 12'-0" and second floor at 36'-6" I would like after I create my model space view and tag it, to add the tag that already reads "First Floor Plan - Fin. FLR. EL." a field that would read the level. I can't seem to find it, does anyone know?
