AEC Sheet Sizes in ACA 2014

When I click on the model and/or work tab, I go to From Template and it does not bring me to AEC Sheet ctb or stb for a sheet size.   I did not have this problem with ACA 2013.

 

Please advise how I can get to the A, B, C and D sheet sizes in ACA 2014.  I followed the same path in ACA 2014 as I did in 2013.   I don't know if my upgrade is incomplete as I downloaded it from the subscription center.   Please advise.  Thank you,

Thank you for your post.  In this case the issue at hand is the sizes specified for each of the plotter configurations via the page setup (for layouts/paperspace).  I have included a helpful link below with details on setting page setups with the sizes and plotter configurations relationships below.  I hope this helps.
