Cloud rendering does not support AEC objects.   See earlier postings by ntellery on this subject.

Apparently Adesk doesn't know how to read ACA objects properly for rendering!

Good huh! 

My first reaction is they are giving ACAer's the cold shoulder but I think it's possible they are still trying to get it all to work together.  Ralph Grabowski has a look at the whole rendering thing here

I think there is some notable problems with the way he rates (ie a quick render at home is not going to compete with an online service, only a very high quality render that would take you hours) and also the render quality returned is quite different to what he did at home, however overall I think the article reveals that it is not a mature service and they are going to be working out the bugs. Heck they can't even get the old bugs out of ACA. (sigh - just starting using ACA13).
