360 Cloud render ACA

Hei Every body!

I have just tried the 360 cloud render with ACA 2012.

The result as you can see are big differece than rendering on work station. And the RPC are not showing on the cloud rendering.

Its easier than i thouth, but the quality was very unstable. and it keep changing colors every time you render. The shadow are gone.

I don't know yet if it can be better but I did sett it on the best quality as it alowed on clould render.

Any suggestions?

AFAIK cloud rendering is not supported for ACA, something I have complained about.

Why?  Possible explanations could be;

a) they want to starve out ACA users so we go to Revit

b) It's a new thing and they are still to incorporate the necessary tools (ie. RPC) to work on the Cloud

c) they just can't be bothered

d) your guess here!

I'm impressed that you actually got an ACA model to render as mine was rejected without explanation but after waiting for the upload to finish and without any warnings.  Perhaps they are working on it?  With all the staff cuts I wouldn't be depending on having the cloud working for ACA anytime soon.

As for the differences in images I would guess it's about the settings chosen for each.  Some articles about it.
