REALLY nice images, great work.

Just a pity the cladding in the second images didn't line up floor to floor.

What software did you use? How did you get the grass so life like?

Was rendered in  3dsmax with v-ray))) grass was made with  displacement .

and a little bit of reflection  was added to grass material so it looks almost like real

I think there is too much ambient light for a night shot.  Looks more like a very stormy day.  very nice though.
