Wall showing in window instead of glass

I am working in 3D, I have placed all my walls and windows, but the walls are showing inside the window frames. How do I fix this so that all you see is glass? I thought perhaps it was just the view I was in, but I have tried all the different views from front view - NW Isometric to putting in my wall openings and then placing the windows. Please help, thank you.

Sounds like you are having cleanup isssues with your walls.
When cleanups are not happening, the windows/doors will no longer 'cut' the wall.
Check your wall corners - do you have any warning markers?
