AutoCAD 2013/2014 DWG Format

Hi, 

Recently i'm encountering a problem when scaling an object, most of the time the message "Extremely small scale factor ignored" appears both in recent and old drawings. I've tried to change the units and everyting but nothing seems to work, is there any way to avoid this?
