What object-type are you speaking about?
- If it's just a polyline ==> erase it
- If it's a block with attributes ==> modify the blockdefinition
- If it's an object specific to a vertical product based on AutoCAD ==> let us know which one
But the most simple description would be if you upload a drawing with such a "box around the number tag"
