hi! yesterday I installed autoCAD 2013 (64 bit, for windows 7), but when I tried to open the program, appears a message of error. So I tried to uninstall the program ( I thought it was installed wrong), but the initialization takes a vary long time and nothing happens. I cannot uninstall the program and I cannot open it...how can I do??? HELP!

Hi,
when you start Windows control panel ==> software: do you see AutoCAD in the list of installed software? If so what happens if you double-click this item? (screenshot would be best).
