AutoCAD 2013/2014 DWG Format

Hi,

Has anyone experience this problem before?

It occurs when a user tries to run AutoCAD 2013.

And returns the error

"Unhandled Exception E0434352 at address FE0DCACDh"

What could be the issue here?
