Unhandled Exception C000001D (c000001dh

When opening AutoCAD 2013 I was getting a message of:
Unhandled Exception C000001D (c000001dh) at address FDF99E5Dh
Then a message of: FATAL ERROR: Unhandled c00001dh Exception at e1f0918ah
I uninstalled and reinstalled AutoCAD and ran Cleanup: CCleaner and I'm still getting the same messages. AutoCAD 2012 downloaded and opened with no message.
Would resetting my computer to factory settings help?
