AutoCAD 2013/2014 DWG Format

Well as the title says each time I use the Reference Manger from AutoCAD 2013 it crashes.  I started trying to fix about 20 drawings and it scrashed so I figured it just couldnt handle that many so i scaled down to 10 then tried just 1 and it crashed every time.  I tried restarting the software, restarting my computer all failed.

I've just tried to use the Reference Manager and found it doing the same thing... last time I used it was before upgrading to Mechanical 2013.

If a dwg is very corrupted, it may crash. Does it crash on all dwgs or just a few?

It isn't drawing related... it happens when I try and open 1 or numerous drawings from anywhere (locally or network drive).
