    Hi All,

Formally I'm able to print pasted excel table with default colors ( ie: cell with text and fill with color background in autocad. By using Autocad 2013, with I can see the default colors when preview, but once I printed out to hard copy or PDF format, its only printed text but without any color background, I have try to print the pdf file by using DWG To PDF.pc3, Adobe PDF & CutePDF Writer, HP Design Jet T1120 plotter, all have the same result, anyone can help?

Hi, I'm using MS Excel 2010. I have try to print the same file by using Auocad 2010,  all the excel's cell with color fill background able to print out as shown in the preview. I also try to print from Acad 2012, having the same problem as in Acad 2013. So seems like the problem is from Autocad  version, noting to do with the MS Excel version.

I can definitely repeat the problem in R2011 through R2013. It's broke.

Go to Options and check Plot and Publish tab. In General Plot Options section you can find OLE Plot Quality. It is possible that you have "Monochrome" option there, but even if it's "Automatic" try to change it to "Low graphics".

Hi, I have try to change the option as you memtion, it dosn't work. Even I repaste the excel file into autocad, still have the same problem. Finally, I'm manage to slove the problem by refill all the color background in excel file and repaste it back to autocad, even if you dont  set your Plot Options to " "Automatic", it still able to print out all colors as show in the preview. Thanks for all the replies and suggestions.
