I have a sharepoint site which is configured to be accessible as a network folder. The problem is the performance. I monitor the network connection (using fiddler) between the server and my computer in autocad when using the open dialog box. For each folder that i click, it connect to the server and look up the folder hierarchy and run it for 4 times Consider i'm at 3 level deep, it will make 12 connction to the server. Average, it took about 8-9 seconds to navigate into a folder.
On the other hand, if i use standard windows explorer, it only make 1 or 2 connection to the server, which is incredibly fast (less than a second).
Does anyone know if there's any configuration in AutoCAD that can solve that?
