Hi,
then I have not any more ideas except of those:
- anyone (admin?) plays with menu-files and/opr menu-settings during the installation. Otherwise I don't understand how AutoCAD (full version) loads a menu from a LT, in a path having the words "2013" and "R18" included. IMHO there was anything done away from a standard-install
- a suite has other menu's then a plain AutoCAD-installation ==> that I don't know as I don't have a suite-installation available currently to get a look into it.
Sorry, - alfred -

I had to add a partial customization file called MODELDOC.
I found that at
c:\users\YOUR USER NAME\appdata\roaming\autodesk\autocad mechanical 2013 - english\r19.0\enu\support\modeldoc.cuix
Are you using plain AutoCAD or a vertical like Mechanical?

Type CUILOAD at the command propt and load modeldoc.cuix. This should bring up the modeling ribbons!!!
