- I couldn’t find any command in the Express>>text that does what I’m looking for,
- The command “text2mtext” has no window selection

Core Text2Mtext do that, there is a reason
You click on the order that they will be in the mtext.
Some lisp combine them by the order texts were created and some are by justification.
Yes, search , search... they are everywhere.

Use the lisp I posted, it does what you want
if you don't know how to do that then ask.
In your screenshot of the Express Tools, the built-in is the one called CONVERT TO MTEXT and it does not do what you want as has already been pointed out. Spend a little more time reading, exploring and searching and less time marking up screenshots repeatedly for no reason and asking the same exact question over and over again.
