How do i view my support case?

I am aware that this is not the correct section, but i could not find the right one, so I'm hoping that at least someone can link me to the right place, anyway, i have sent a support case, but i am unable to view it. What part of the website must i go to where i can view my cases, or a case based on the case number?

I sent a support case via a link i found on these forums via google. This is the link i followed http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/item?id=18
I do not have a subscription. The version of autodesk 3dsmax design i am trying to activate is for a student class

I just wanted to view the answer to the case i already sent. I'll make a post in that section if i cant get to my answer though, since from searches, a lot of people seem to be having the same problem as I am.
