Is it possible to bring hatch aboe all the other objects and cover everything there is below? Even if I go from hatch edit to draw order and bring it to fornt the elements below hatch are still visible also transparency is "by layer" and is set to 0

    Hi,

I think the matter is to catch all the other objects and send them to back.

    Regards,

Is the hatch a Solid, or is it a pattern?  Placed in Paperspace or modelspace?

if you hatch is a pttern, rather than a solid, then it consists of lines and dashes.  Anything underneath the hatch will show up between the spaces.  It's rather unavoidable.

What you _could_ do, is use two hatch patterns - one a solid set to True Color 255,255,255 , and the other your pattern hatch, Escher or whatever.  Use draworder to place the Solid hatch over everything else, but under the the pattern hatch.

The solid hatch will plot white, effectivly hiding everything underneath, while the pattern hatch on top will plot as it's supposed to.

Or use a hatch with a background color.
