Hi guys,
just a general question.
got sent a drawing from an architect when i open it dialog box appears asks to find geocomp.shx file.
i used to work for a guy that used an old dos based program called geocomp. is this file related to that program or is the name just coincidence?
what is a .shx file and what does it do? what effect will it have on the drawings if i do not link this file?
