AutoCAD 2013/2014 DWG Format

I have a CAD user when they try to print they get a Fatal Error

"FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0x0034 Exception at 6ce5a6b4h"

What does that mean?

The memory addresses in a fatal error seldom tell us what the issue is as they can change from computer to computer for the exact same error. Do you have the service pack installed for AutoCAD 2013? Here is the link:

What printer is being used and does the crash happen with just it or does it occur with all printers, including DWF and PDF? What operating system is being used and is it 32- or 64-bit?

If it's an HP printer get the Universal printer driver from the HP site.  Worked for my HP Designjet 500C and my HP laser
