AutoCAD 2013/2014 DWG Format

Hello!

Please help me to fix some annoying FATAL ERRORS :-\

ok lets go on!

I have Windows 7 x64 BIT

Processor [Dont know if you need this info] AMD Phenom 9550 QUAD CORE

RAM: 4GB 800MHz

When im closing my Autocad 2013 I see the FATAL ERROR:  Unhandled access violation reading 0x0000 exception at e4c8ad66h [this last letters/numbers always changeing]

Also this fatal errors comes when im opening ABOUT AUTOCAD2013 menu

in "AutoCAD Error Report" - Report Contents i see 3 file names

acminidump.dmp

dmpuserinfo.xml

dumpdata.zip

What I have tryed to do:

I tryed to FULLY REINSTALL Autocad and i did it but doesnt work

I had also Fatal errors, in 2012 and 2013

My solution was to make a new blanc shortcut to acad.exe without paramaters
