    Hi,

    Do you have HP plotters?

There is a newish driver that has helped in some cases, you could give it a try (if you have an HP plotter).

The driver is the Universal Print driver for Windows PCL6.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=US&swItem=ds-993... - this version is for 64-bit OS.

Please let us know if you still need assistance.

    Cheers,

    Luciane

    Hi,

I found your report, thank you.

Do you have the steps to reproduce the issue?

It looks like this happens when there are XREFs in use.

Please try recovering all the files (including XREFs) to see if you get better results.

It also looks like this happens when multiple files are open and you plot and then close some of them.

We are looking for detailed steps to reproduce the issue, so any detail you have is appreciated.

It is also a good idea to install the service pack:

    AutoCAD 2013 SP 1.1: http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=DL20327837

    Cheers,

To anybody that has been following this post the problem was narrowed down to a HP driver issue with HP Designjet 500, the following driver was installed 'PCL3 driver for Vista 64-bit (as the old HP Designjet 500 will not be
compatible with the PCL6 drivers I suggested earlier).

This the link to the driver used to resolve the problems

    http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=it&prodTypeId=18...

Many thanks to Autodesk's Luciane for her help
