yello boxes with dimensions

When i am using auto cad 2013 it appear small yellow boxes with all the dimensions.how can i remove it?

i am attachin a image of that as well.please some one help  me.

Your annotation monitor is on.  Click the little plus sign in the middle of the status bar to turn it off.  Below are some links to sites with a bit of information on it.

it's an Annotation Monitor matter... it flags all non-associative annotations by placing a badge on them .

by clicking AM or + sign down there on status bar you can control your problem.
