"acad.fas" & "acaddoc.lsp". disturbance

Hi my dear friends,

In my pc there is two unnecessary files, i don’t know where it’s come. It can delete but after open the drawing it’s crated again. Main drawings given by chainess. two files are "acad.fas" & "acaddoc.lsp".

When i try to open drawing file in the command line showing "autocad menu utility loaded" then running some programs. Then i want to esc 2-3 times. it is disturbance to me.

And this 2 file created automatically with drawing files.

Any one knows the solution for it?

I'm using Autocad 2010.
