"Rotated Dimension" line messing up model?

When I zoom>extents, my model zooms so that only a single "Rotated Dimension" line is visible, but the rest of my drawing disappears, or so it seems.  When I delete the weird line, I can just pick out the rest of my drawing but it will not zoom into it (looks like a single pixel).  Any ideas what's going on with this?  I first noticed when I was trying to add a viewport to one of my layouts, and couldn't get the scale to sync.  I will put the drawing on digital dropbox when I get home.

There is prolly an artifact out near Pluto somewhere. Zoom into your drawing, put a mark or a (big) circle around it and then ZOOM extents again. You should see your new circle when zoomed out and you can erase anything that is not needed or move it back into place. FYI: This usually happens when you select a MOVE command and hit ENTER prior to completing the move. It'll fling it way out. HTH Regards, DJ
