quickest way to bring up help for a single known command

Is there a way, from the command prompt, to quickly bring up help for a single, known command?  For example, something like "CIRCLE -?"  to bring up the syntax and options for the CIRCLE command?

Another option is to hover over the command icon on the Ribbon and press F1.  A prolonged hover brings up a quick tip.  F1 while hovering opens the help system for the particular command.

When you type a command, highlight it from the autocomplete list then click on the help symbol to the right.
