is there a way to can many people work in the same drawing at the same time (editing & deleting i.e. do every thing what they are want?

The short answer is no. Multiple people cannot open the same DWG file and work on it and save their unique changes back to the single original DWG file.

Alternatives?

1. Split the drawing up into parts (multiple drawings), work on these model drawings, then xref them together for your sheet files.

2. AutoCAD Map allows multiple users to query in portions of the same drawing for editing. I don't know anyone that actually uses this though.

3. ..........? I'm sure you'll get some other suggestions too.
