joining lines

is there any automatic way to join all lines togather rather than redrawing the detailes ?

I can redraw the green lines but it will take long time

is there any automatic way to copy and connect all the green lines ?is there any commonds that I can use?

Command:

PEDIT, M for Multiple, Select the greens, J for Join  can also use Fuzz distance to close the gap, but your drawing is very broken up.

Autodesk Raster program can detect certain shapes such as Arc, Circle... but it probably doesn't do any good with this bad of scanned drawing.

 

Go to youtube.com and see some of the demontrations with Raster Program.

Personally, I don't have good luck with it, really.
