how to make dimension breaks automatically as the dimensions are drawn

Is there a way to make dimension breaks happen automatically when the dimensions are drawn so you don't have to take another step to add the breaks?

 It doesn't look like it.

I have all the dimension tools on a tool palette including the dim jog line, so it's not too much of a hassle to select it and then select the dimension I want broken.
