files save overwritten

When the Auto CAD file work simultaneously  two or more files where each file has saved a different name and address. But when the work is complete, press Save and close the program. The open file will be overwritten.   For example, when opening 01.dwg file  and 02.dwg file  concurrent applications on Save and then press Close to work and details in 02.dwg file will be overwritten 01.dwg so 01.dwg file is lost. How I should solve this problem?

Hi,

Are you talking about 01.dwg inserted as External Reference inside 02.dwg?

Seems your workflow is:

You open 02.dwg an then edit 01.dwg reference in-place from inside 02.dwg, than 01.dwg will have all changes that you made from 02.dwg. Is it correct?

If so - that is normal behavior - when you save changes to 01.dwg from 02.dwg you should receive an alert about changes in 01.dwg that will be saved in it.
