error installing AutoCAD 2014

My BName is Andrea Coxhead from Chile, and I had to format my notebook, but before that I uninstalled Autocad 2014 (license for three years for Student). Once i formated, downloaded again and try to install on it, but the installation gave me an error that Autocad could not be installed. How can you help me to install properly.

Hello Alfred

It was a screen from Autodesk indicating a list of programs that could not be insatlled. Could not save the screen to upload.

My OS is Windows 7 home

Thank you for your support. To let you know that I've already installed again Autocad 2014. The solution was to upgrade my windows system from home basic to pro version. After this, I did a clean installation.
